Our Content. Non-user or third-party provided Content is considered our Content which include but not limited to user interface, computer code, aggregation of User Content, reviews and ratings. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative versions of Our Content without our permission.
The Content may contain links to other websites which are independent of Site. We do not validate or endorse such information and make no representation or warranty as to their authenticity and accuracy.
You agree to indemnify and hold UAM, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, successors, assigns, agents, service providers, suppliers and representatives, harmless from any claim or demand, including liabilities and legal fees made by any third party arising directly or indirectly out of your use of the Site, violation of the Terms, or your infringement of other rights of any person or entity.
UAM and its affiliates do not perform due diligence on any information, ownership and Content provided by the users. We make no claims as to the authenticity and accuracy of the information provided by such third party. We are not required to verify or inspect any products or services offered by our users. Furthermore, we do not approve, endorse or guarantee the effectiveness of the third parties’ products and services. The Content provided is strictly for information purposes and claims or reference to each entity legal status has not been verified.
This Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
